Revival Restoration is hiring a Associate Project Manager to join our Memphis-based team. In this role, you’ll oversee and manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Manage day-to-day operations of reconstruction projects, reporting directly to the Reconstruction Manager.

Set and track project goals, timelines, and budgets.

Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and team members.

Provide consistent communication and weekly updates to clients throughout the project.

Oversee material ordering and delivery and assist clients with material selections.

Coordinate labor crews and subcontractors, ensuring all team members meet performance and quality standards.

Track labor hours and manage project schedules.

Prepare job cost reports and monitor financial performance to stay on budget.

Handle invoicing and payment collection based on project milestones.

Identify and document change orders, upsell opportunities, and ensure proper estimating practices.

Support safety-first practices on all job sites and assist in field work when needed.

Participate in regular team meetings and maintain proper documentation using project management software.

Be available for emergency deployment in response to events such as hurricanes, tornadoes, and flooding.

Restoration Project Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the successful execution of projects from contract signing through closeout. This role involves working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure assigned jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager leads with clear, consistent communication and strong organizational skills to ensure consistent delivery that exceeds client expectations and reflects company values.
MISSION

EXPECTATIONS
-Manage reconstruction projects from contract signing through closeout with ownership of schedule, budget, documentation, and team coordination.
-Ensure project profitability through effective budgeting, expense tracking, cost control, and proactive issue management.
-Maintain timely, professional communication with clients to promote transparency, trust,
and confidence throughout the project.
-Coordinate effectively with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
OUTCOMES
-Provide consistent service to ensure all customers are satisfied throughout the entire reconstruction process.
-Maintain a minimum project gross profit (GP) margins across all assigned jobs.
-Achieve a minimum 90% on-time project completion rate based on scheduled milestone targets.
-Complete weekly site visits for 100% of active projects.
-Submit accurate weekly project update emails for 100% of active jobs, including scope, timeline, financials, and material selections.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client & Stakeholder Communication
-Maintain proactive, clear, and empathetic communication with clients regarding project status, timelines, material selections, and financials.
-Deliver weekly email updates covering scope, schedule, quality, billing, and
changes.
-Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
Financial Management
-Develop, monitor, and adjust project budgets to maximize profitability and
consistently meet or exceed the 30% gross profit margin goal.
-Oversee invoicing, milestone billing, and payment collection per contract terms.
-Identify and document upselling opportunities through change orders where appropriate.
Scheduling & Coordination
-Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, superintendents, laborers, and crews to ensure smooth project execution.
-Complete weekly site visits for every active project to assess progress, resolve issues, and maintain team alignment.
-Coordinate timely procurement and delivery of materials as needed to avoid
production delays.
Administration & Documentation
-Set and track daily and weekly objectives and goals to maintain project momentum.
-Participate in required meetings: weekly production, field staff, 1:1 supervisor, monthly company-wide, and on-site client meetings.
-Utilize project management software to maintain up-to-date and accurate records.
Quality, Safety & Operational Support
-Enforce quality workmanship standards and hold team members accountable for meeting performance expectations.
-Provide hands-on field support as needed to maintain quality, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
-Support operational efficiency by assisting with equipment, technology, and vehicle upkeep; be available for emergency deployment when needed.

REPORTING | TYPICAL DAY
This position reports to the Reconstruction Manager. A typical day includes coordinating schedules, visiting job sites, and communicating with clients and subcontractors. The Project Manager will also attend team meetings, provide field support as needed, and document all project updates in the company system. While office-based work is expected at least 50% of the time, regular field presence is critical. Emergency on-call deployment may be required during major disaster events.
